これは、僕の三年程前の体重です。
昔ジム通いをしていた時に、理想的な体型の場合、５２キロぐらいになると言われました。
なので、無茶な数字ではないという事です。
よっしゃ、のんびりやるぞ〜〜〜〜〜〜。
今日の結果
体重【67.2kg】
あと７キロ以上あるのか・・・。
