ジャジャジャーーン♪
今日でいよいよ２週間が経過しました。
これといったダイエットをしている訳ではないけれど、
聞いた所によると
『毎日体重計に乗る』
というダイエットもあるそうで。
毎日測る事で、常に体重を意識として持っていられるとか。
確かに、その効果はある気がする。
ブランデーのように麦茶を揺するわたくし。
今日の結果
体重【６８．２kg】
そろそろ目標体重的なものもあってもいいかな。
次の一週間もお楽しみに☆
