【千種区】だまって食せよ！【一夜堂】
え〜ぶっ続けますが、名古屋の隠れた名店のご紹介。
ここが『一夜堂』でございます。
自宅の庭に増設して作られた店舗はわずかなカウンターのみ。
うむむ。こいつは何かありそうだ。そう思ってそっと店内を覗くと、
ダダーン！カウンターにうつぶせになっている方が１人！
どうしたのかと入ってみると、「いらっしゃいませー！」と声が裏返らんばかりに
気持ちよく対応してくれました。店員さんだったんですね。
さぁさぁここのメインラーメンは、店の名がついた“一夜堂中華そば”です！
魚系のダシがとられた、あっさりしながらも、力強いスープ。そして、それをまろやかに
卵とじで包み込む知恵。脱帽です。
奥の深い旨味を味わっていると、ご近所さんがやって来て、実にアットホームな雰囲気に。
心も体も温まる、名店一夜堂に是非どうぞ！
