【岐阜】だまって食せよ！【御麺屋】
またまた穂積でございます。
あそこはかなりのラーメン激戦区ですなぁ。
そんな場所で、インパクト大のラーメンで戦っているのが御麺屋です。
まずはそのラーメンをご覧あれ。
その名も、『石焼地獄タイタン麺』
担々麺と台湾ラーメンを掛け合わせて、石焼にしたというこのネーミング。おそろしや。
一口スープをすすると、まず坦々らしくゴマの香りが濃厚に鼻孔を抜けていきます。そして、グツグツ言ってるそばから麺をすすり上げていくと、おや？甘みがある！！辛いだけでなく、麺とスープに隠れた甘みがあり、それが味の幅をドンドン広げていきます。いやぁ〜驚かされました。
そんでもって、気になったので注文したサイドメニュー“鬼辛ぎょうざ”
いやぁ〜かわいらしいわぁ。そんな感じで油断させておいて、その辛さたるや。
ほんとビックリしたわ！はぁ〜辛かった。
