【岐阜】だまって食せよ！【めんりゅう】
はいはい。こちらもここで何度も紹介されております。
それだけうまい店という事なのでしょう。
まず、店内に入ると威勢の良い「いらっしゃいませ！」の声。気持ちいいです。
注文を通すと、さっそく麺を湯で茹でしますわな。カウンター越しに厨房を眺めているとここで１つ、ちょっとしたパフォーマンスが見られます。湯切りです。この姿がカッコイイと期待も高まりますな。
私がいただいたのは、チャーシューメンのしょうゆでございます。
背油がたっぷり浮かんだスープに胸を躍らせながらまずは一口・・・。
うまい！テーレッテレー（ねるねるねるねのBGMで）！
熱々のスープはもうそれだけでごちそうですがな。店の若いお兄ちゃん達がまた活気のよい雰囲気をつくっていて、それがこのおいしさにも影響を与えているのでしょう。
各務原の鵜沼駅をでてすぐ。コクと旨味の凝縮されたこの一杯。是非ご賞味あれ！
